In my own words

Overall, I had a very good experience when it came to learning with London Vesta College (LVC). The initial three months of training were extremely useful as they gave me a solid foundation when starting on the job. They also gave me confidence as I could easily learn and understand the systems and infrastructure the company had put in place. The additional training only further cemented this as I was able to take what I had learned and directly apply it.
LVC was very flexible in how they went about teaching. They were able to adapt to fit my needs and those of the company that I was working with. This allowed me to learn topics that directly aligned with the tasks the company assigned to me, which helped strengthen my understanding and made the work far more interesting.
I felt that I received excellent support from the college throughout the apprenticeship. This came through targeted feedback on my work to identify where and how I could improve it to be the best it could be. They provided advice and suggestions for evidence gathering, which helped me to strengthen my portfolio. The training for the EPA provided me with the confidence I needed to ensure I got the best outcome.
My Skills Coach John was very helpful in extending my understanding of the IT sector. He provided additional context beyond what I was learning on the job by explaining how infrastructure and systems would vary between large and small companies. This helped me to get a broader perspective, which in turn deepened my understanding.
LVC is very open when it comes to questions. Use this as an opportunity to learn as much as you can from the trainers and mentors to ensure you gain a full understanding. It is also helpful to ensure that you understand the full process of the apprenticeship so that you can plan accordingly. If you are ever in doubt, they are always happy to help as they love to see their students succeed.
